Job Overview
Develop and implement sales and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel revenue. Manage pricing, inventory, promotions, and distribution across OTAs, booking engines, GDS, and direct channels. Monitor market trends, competitor rates, forecasting, booking pace, and revenue performance. Drive corporate, leisure, group, wholesale, and direct sales through strong client and partner relationships. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and promotions with revenue targets. Analyse sales, digital, and channel performance and provide regular reports and recommendations. Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings, improve conversions, optimise distribution, and maximise profitability.
