Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm material availability and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying and mitigating potential issues proactively.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including sourcing, logistics, and marketing, to ensure alignment on production objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and quality assurance reports.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality guidelines.
- Manage sample production processes, including fitting sessions and revisions, to confirm specifications.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs in the production workflow.
- Support the procurement of materials by forecasting needs based on production schedules and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished apparel to distribution centers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel production coordination or a similar role within the textile industry.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
