Intern web developer

This internship position for a Web Developer is designed for individuals seeking to gain in-depth experience in web development within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and websites, ensuring responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code, optimizing the user experience across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Write well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and development standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing web applications, identifying issues and implementing solutions to enhance performance and functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit tests and user acceptance tests, and document findings and results for review.
- Monitor website analytics and user feedback to inform enhancements and improve site performance and user engagement.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development to recommend improvements and innovations.

Objectives
- Successfully complete three major web development projects or features within the internship duration, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Achieve a minimum of 95% code coverage in unit tests for all developed applications.
- Attain user satisfaction ratings of at least 85% based on usability tests and feedback for the deployed projects.
- Implement at least two new tools or processes that enhance team productivity or improve code quality.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic knowledge of frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Understanding of backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Python is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience through academic projects, personal projects, or previous internships in web development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
