Job Overview
2 years’ work experience in Audit & Tax / BPOs / global clients is a definite advantage.
Full or part-qualified in ACCA / CA / CIMA.
Recording accounts payables, receivables, and all bookkeeping transactions.
Reconciling bank balances, credit cards, supplier accounts, customer accounts, and other balance sheet accounts as per client requirements.
Able to prepare final accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, schedules, and supporting reconciliations.
Experience in month-end closing, general ledger review, and identifying accounting discrepancies before finalizing reports.
Analyzing account data and preparing periodic management reports.
Good working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Zoho Books, or similar cloud accounting platforms.
Ability to communicate with clients professionally and follow up on accounting queries.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
